Spicy and Memorable fresh boneless chicken breast rolled in our own blend of spices & sautéed
14 years after we closed our deli to go strictly into catering we still run into customers that say, "we miss your blackened chicken." So we are going to offer our famous blackened chicken on Tuesdays. You can call on Tuesday morning and order either our Blackened Chicken Salad or Blackened Chicken croissant. This will be available for pick up at our kitchen located at 329 Skyview Drive Cumberland, Maryland. If you don't want it for lunch, maybe you would like to pick up some for dinner. Just call us and we will be happy to hook you up!!!

Blackened Chicken Salad strips of blackened chicken on a bed of red leaf lettuce, with carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes,
toasted almonds & grapes. Served with your choice of our homemade Poppy Seed or Pepper Parmesan Dressings $8.95/salad
Blackened Chicken Croissant breast of blackened chicken on a croissant with mayonnaise, lettuce & tomato $6.95, with chips $7.50
Add a 12oz. Pepsi or Diet Pepsi $1.25
