I don't know if you'll remember me, but almost two years ago you catered our daughter's wedding in our home in
Salisbury, PA. For two reasons I had to write you and thank you again.

First, everyday I see pictures of the food and cake you prepared for the reception on our screen saver slide show which goes through all our pictures. I was a little distracted that day in February '07 and didn't even get to taste everything, so seeing the pictures is a treat for me. I still wish I could have had some of the brie in pastry! Yum! Everyone said it was so delicious.

Second, I recently went to a winter wedding and was so unimpressed with their cake. The snowflake cake you made for us was absolutely the most beautiful wedding cake I've seen. "Ace of Cakes" has nothing on you! I hope you took pictures of it. It was impressive.

So, thank you again. I want you to know how much I appreciated your incredible work, and still am thrilled with what you did for us.

Dear Baxters: Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the dinner. The servings were a good size - it was so easy to handle and really good. Most of the carry - in things I have tried have been rather huge globs which I have reworked. The scallops were excellent - the way I like them without a lot of coating or liquid - the sauce was very nice. The wine deserves a special comment, too. It was one of the better ones I have had and a new brand to us. Thanks again for your helpful service - I think it should be advertised and we certainly will recommend it. Cordially, Maxine F.

Thank you so much for the superb job you did on the baby shower cake. It was exactly like the picture from your website. Everyone wanted to get a picture of it before it was cut.
